Some data are missing in the job details section of the jobs created from TAAS Intake

Steps
Go to https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/taas/myteams/createnewteam
Click select button in the 'SELECT A ROLE' box
Select a role
Click Search
Click Submit
Click Continue
Enter a team name and description and other data
Click submit
Check the I agree... option
Click Confirm
Click on a open position and check the details

Current behavior
The positions created from TAAS has the 'Job Description, Resource Type and Workload' but these fields are blank for the positions created from TAAS Intake

@nikolay83 The resource Type shows "Unsuppored value:" before the role name, I created #328 for this issue
