[$30] The Deposit amounts are not calculated for newly added roles

Steps
Add a new role from admin app with rates
Go to Intake app and select this role(log in from an external user)
Proceed to checkout page and see the deposit amounts

Actual behaviour
The Deposit amounts are not calculated for newly added roles

Expected behavior
The Deposit amounts should be calculated for newly added roles too

• But we may create non-custom roles without image in TaaS Admin, like Test role 1
• Can we use some other way to detect custom roles?

@sdgun this was fixed on DEV and ready for QA.

PS: basically, this is a side effect of the fix for #504 so these kind of the same issue.
