[Chrome Web] Google Signin > Continue button does not enable with both fields having values

Steps to reproduce

1. Open topcoder.com
2. Click Login
3. Click Google Sign In option
4. Select a google email
5. First select country , then input a username. As you enter username , observe that the CONTINUE button does not get enabled
