Send project creation event for every user #47
Description
Even after moving to the event based implementation of the salesforce integration, we are still erroring out when a project is created by a topcoder employee i.e. we are not able to find a primary customer. UnprocessableError: Cannot find primary customer
We should not send the project created event for every case without any validation on connect side.
