Hand cursor shown in the tree view but nothing happens

1. Deploy the App and run the application
2. Select a server and select add new record
3. Click on a blank location that have a hand cursor

Actual: Most of the blank areas displays a hand cursor but nothing happens when user clicks

Expected: Only clickable areas should have a hand cursor
