Toolbox to build (color) vision experiments
A collection of various projects, including code, hardware and 3D models to make life easier in a neuroscience lab.
Social Operant Conditioning variable context guillotine-like door operation. Magazine trainings, fixed rations and versatile timestamps reporting.
Modigliani is a stochastic simulation framework for neuroscientists
Biologically nearly-accurate neuron model in computational form
Convert neuroscientific connectome data formats
Create indexes of simple shapes and find all indexed elements that intersect with a query region
A program for viewing and analyzing electrophysiological data
A GUI environment for rendering, correcting, and converting between SWC and HOC formats of neuron model data.
Open source hardware to measure mouse wheel running activity at home cage
A visual tool to compare and analyze nanoscale brain structures.
Project on firing statistics of neurons with heterogenous cluster sizes and hierarchies in cortical networks. We used a network of 5000 neurons including exciters and inhibitors and showed that variability in the firing statistics depend on the balance of the network.
Electronic learning toy based on the Tower of Hanoi made as a final project for my undergraduate degree in Electronic Engineering.
Experimental brainwave entrainment goggles (Dementia / Mentalhealth).
Reimplementation of the MRG-model in C++
Android Recorder for LSL streams in XDF Format
measuring bimanual simple visual reaction time
Behaviour analysis tracking and data analysis software using machine vision to track larval zebrafish behaviour. Software is built using C++,QT and OpenCV, while R scripts are used for data analysis and figure generation.
