Repo is deprecated, but website docs still reference it

There's a big warning that this repo is deprecated, but the docs at http://torch.ch/docs/getting-started.html#_ still point to it. One or the other is probably out of date and should be fixed.

The install-deps script is still in use, but the rest of the repo is indeed deprecated.

Ah, okay. Perhaps that could be clarified? Or, even better, the install-deps script could be moved to torch/distro
