- Tray: app lives in the system tray; closing the dashboard hides to tray instead of quitting. Single-instance lock focuses the existing window.
- Tray menu: Show AI Assistant / Show Overlay / Privacy toggle / Settings / Exit (with confirmation prompt).
- Configurable global shortcuts: editable in Settings with live re-register, per-shortcut and reset-all defaults; shortcuts suspended while recording.
- Quick-solve moved Ctrl+Shift+Enter -> Ctrl+Shift+A (NVIDIA 3D-viewer clash).
- Clean shutdown: single performShutdown on before-quit closes the realtime socket, unregisters shortcuts, destroys the tray and all windows, so no Electron helper processes are orphaned on exit.
- Privacy Mode stays in sync across shortcut, overlay, tray, and Settings.
- Brand: "B" monogram in the app icon + animated gradient ring logo.
- Changelog: top-level changelog/ directory (Keep a Changelog) plus an in-app "What's New" view that renders it; bump version to 0.2.0.
