Bug: Flaky Docker test  (memory durability check)

The  Docker test (memory durability check) is frequently failing in CI, causing significant friction and requiring constant retriggers for PRs. 

This test needs to be investigated and either fixed or quarantined (moved to a separate non-blocking suite) to restore development velocity.
