Problem statement
Requests proxy server is responsible for making requests(currently to the service bus) on behalf of training pods. This needs to be deployed along with the jobs manager
Acceptance criteria
- Requests Proxy server job, and the pod is created
- Any updated images pushed should automatically update the pod.
