New deploy methods

Deploy whit traefik on the server that mean :
Not using anymore roles:

• cerbot
• nginx
  Update the template of docker compose for using traefik labels
  Remove in docker compose template :
• watchtower (in the infra server build now and not in this project)
• monitoring : (in the infra server build now and not in this project)
• • grafana
• • prometheus
• • node exporter
    Update the project structure and directory in /opt/project
