Updated some language and added a video + context to show options for Traefik users.
What does this PR do?
This PR adds a video of possible upgrades to Traefik Proxy with a paragraph of context. The video is meant to be embedded, but the Preview doesn't show that.
This update, when ready, should be carried over to v3.1 as well.
Motivation
The motivation behind this is to make sure Traefik users understand their options on how Traefik can be modified to fit their needs in a production environment.

Additional Notes
The video is meant to be embedded and viewable from within the same page. While it's my understanding that this is the correct code to do that, it didn't show this way in the preview. Can you help?
Additionally, this update, when ready, needs to go live on v3.1 (or the latest) as well.
