What does this PR do?

This PR adds the following missing options to the acme reference documentation:

  • acme.emailAddresses
  • acme.profile
  • acme.cacertificates
  • acme.caSystemCertPool
  • acme.caServerName

It also cleans the configuration options table for more visibility

Fixes #12199

where can we access the doc in https://github.com/traefik/traefik/blob/master/docs/content/https/acme.md ?
or should it also be removed in source repo?
