What does this PR do?

Update go-acme/lego to v3.6.0

Motivation

Fixes:

  • [dnsprovider] ns1: fix missing domain in log
  • [dnsprovider] rimuhosting: use HTTP client from config.
  • [dnsprovider] alicloud: add support for domain with punycode
  • [dnsprovider] godaddy: allow parallel solve.
  • [dnsprovider] namedotcom: get the actual registered domain so we can remove just that from the hostname to be created

fix #6686

More

  • Added/updated tests
  • Added/updated documentation

Additional Notes

  • [dnsprovider] Add DNS provider for CloudDNS.
  • [dnsprovider] azure: Allow for the use of MSI
  • [dnsprovider] transip: updated the client to v6
  • [dnsprovider] alicloud: update sdk dependency version to v1.61.112
  • [dnsprovider] cloudns: Add subuser support
