…nager abstraction. The goal several fold: make everything use generic std::filesystem::path types, make those paths derived from a file system abstraction, which can be extended, and then make a file manager for managing all files used by one or more compilations. Work has not yet started on the file manager, but this commit introduces the file system abstraction.
