Discover screen, allow filter to be excluding

Is it possible in discover screen to have filter act as excluding and not including ?
I would love for instance to filter out anime but it's not possible as they are often tagged with another genre.

UI wise, user could tap a chip and it would turn red to show it is selected as a filter. Tap a second time and it would still be red but crossed out and that would be an exclude filter. The third time would deselect the chip.

Tmdb has without_genre . Aka exclude genres.

Also has, airdate lte gte . You can specify min max air date.
