I want to temporarily uninstall SEM. Which files I need to save in order to easy setup it again? And where are them?

Here's the honest picture for a temporary uninstall:

Your settings live in HA's config entry (.storage/core.config_entries) — and HA deletes that entry when you remove the integration, so the settings don't survive an uninstall on their own. Two good options:

1. Best: take a Home Assistant backup first (Settings → System → Backups). Restoring it brings back the SEM entry with every setting exactly as it was.
2. Lightweight: export your settings as a reference — call the solar_energy_management.get_config service (Developer Tools → Actions, enable "return response") and save the JSON it returns. After reinstalling you can re-enter the values from it.

What survives on disk (not deleted by an uninstall): SEM's counter/mapping stores in .storage/ — solar_energy_management_<entry_id>_daily, ..._energy, and sem_device_mappings, plus the generated dashboard (lovelace.sem-dashboard). One caveat: the daily/energy counter files are keyed to the old entry-id, so a fresh install (new entry-id) starts new counters rather than picking the old ones up — long-term statistics in HA's recorder are unaffected though.

TL;DR: HA backup before you uninstall is the one-step answer. 🙂
