What is this Daily Progress for and where can I set the limit,

Good question — "Daily Progress" (on the EV tab's progress card) is today's charged energy vs. your daily EV charge target: the left number is what's gone into the car since the day started, the right one is the target, and the bar fills accordingly.

Where to set the limit: it's the per-charger daily target:

• Configuration tab → EV chargers → your charger → "Daily target" stepper (added in beta.27, editable right on the dashboard), or
• the entity number.sem_charger_<id>_daily_ev_target anywhere in HA.

If your charger is set to a SOC target instead (target type "SOC"), the card tracks the car's SOC toward Target SOC rather than kWh — same card, same idea. And it's the same target the Min + Solar night charging fills toward. 👍
