OPNsense Minimum Firmware Required: 25.1

OPNsense Recommended Firmware: 26.1+

When OPNsense Firmware 26.7 is released, hass-opnsense will fully drop support for the opnsense plugin. hass-opnsense will remain compatible with Firmware >= 25.1, but with Firmware < 26.1.1, there will no longer be Firewall Rule switches.
