Patch ship. v1.1.0 Phase 5.1 surface inventory missed
src/config/parser.ts VALID_LANGUAGES array; symptom was
`contextatlas init` against a C# repo failing at first-run doctor
config.parses check.

Surfaced via cohort dogfood at apis repo (Pattern 5 first-execution-
at-canonical-repo verification working as designed). Single-line
fix: append "csharp" to VALID_LANGUAGES.

Users on v1.1.0 should upgrade via `npm install -g
contextatlas@latest`. No code-breaking changes.
