The 'Stop tracking code-discipline generated files' change removed
.code-discipline/generated/tsconfig.paths.json from git without adding
a step to regenerate it, so a fresh checkout's typecheck always failed
with unresolved #hash module aliases. Also reverts the syncImports rule
rename until @trebired/code-discipline actually publishes the renamed
'imports' rule that this config would need.
