Support discord's installation type (guild or user install)

Discord requires the `integration_type` for `applications.commands` scope. This is a parameter to add at the [generate_uri method](https://github.com/treeben77/discord-oauth2.py/blob/main/discordoauth2/sync_oauth.py#L436).
