Good news
The other day, to my delight, ESLint v7 was released 👏
We will take this opportunity to migrate from TSLint to ESLint.
These were set up with reference to Nest.js. Thank you Nest.js 👍

Also, since Prettier is now a major version up to v2 , I have applied the rules for v2 to the source code.
