Move utility scripts to tools/:
  adb-wireless-connect.sh, fix-after-update.sh, fix-phantom-killer.sh,
  fix-sensors.sh, check-fdroid-mr.sh, discwebp.sh

Move tasker setup scripts to tasker/:
  auto-setup-tasker.sh, setup-tasker-simple.sh, setup-tasker-via-adb.sh,
  setup-tasker-notification-monitor.sh

Move 22 documentation .md files to docs/

Update all cross-references in scripts, examples, and docs.

Root now contains only: bridge, installer, CLI, extension, and config.
