CircuitPython Remote 0.0.2 Beta — testing and feedback

CircuitPython Remote 0.0.2 is now available for beta testing.

It is a lightweight VS Code extension for browsing and editing files on
CircuitPython Web Workflow devices over Wi-Fi.

Currently tested with

• ESP32-S3-DevKitC-1-N8R8
• CircuitPython 10.2.1
• Web Workflow API v4
• VS Code on macOS

Other boards, operating systems, firmware versions, and network configurations
have not yet been verified.

Back up important files before testing remote write and delete operations.

Feedback wanted

It would be especially helpful to know:

• Whether device discovery works
• Whether the remote file tree loads
• Whether opening and saving text files works
• Your board and CircuitPython version
• Your operating system
• Your Wi-Fi, Ethernet, router, or access-point setup
