Move Importance

  1. Down
  2. Left
  3. Right
  4. Up

Priority

  1. Get/Keep the 1st and 2nd biggest tile groups closest to the bottom left (preferably on the bottom).
  2. Get the bottom row filled. (May need to move right then left)
  3. Get relatively big tiles closer.
  4. Merge tiles (preferably bigger)
