…shipped design The original phase-5-billing.md and kanban predated the Phase 4 credits rewrite and the auto-sync plan-creation flow. Bring them in line with what actually shipped in PR #8: credits-backed subscriptions, local mirrors for subs+invoices, admin Stripe Product/Price auto-create + price rotation, and the full webhook event list.
