What does this PR do?

Use same instance name in prometheus-remote-write.yml
Use the dashboard from Grafana v11.5.2 instead of the one from v8.2.0.
Use datasource variable instread of constant datasource
remove alert panel from dashboard's json

Why are these changes required?

This PR has been tested by:
