Updates AWS Bedrock Anthropic pricing configs: global.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-20250514-v1:0 now includes tiered cache_read/cache_write pricing (200k+ tokens) for the US regions, and removes the previously incomplete tiered pricing blocks for other regions.

Cleans up us.anthropic.claude-opus-4-1-20250805-v1:0 cost entries by dropping the *_batches per-token pricing fields, leaving only the standard per-token rates.
