- you can now change the order in which items are sorted on the downloadspage (Date, Name, Size, Type Series/Movie) - there is also a button to change the visibility of video files that have no metadata in the app - added a search feature to filter your downloaded files - added info about the ctrl+k shortcut which opens search in settings and on the downloadspage to the keyboard shortcuts modal
- the sorting order you chose on the downloadspage is now persistent over app-restarts - performance optimizations on downloadspage
- before, check-downloader (the function to check the given video downloader folder for the _internal folder and the video-downloader executable would just try to execute the first file next to _internal - now, it check's if that file is a valid executable for the user's OS - this enables the user to have other (non-executable) files in the same folder and also makes sure user's dont create random issues because they had the wrong version for their OS - the user now also get's specific error messages, depending on what their problem is
