mod loading sequence

What is the loading order of MODS in the list?
From top to bottom or from bottom to top?

old question but mods are loaded from bottom to top. meaning if you have a mod that changes a material from blue to black, and on top of it another mod that changes that material from blue to red, the end result will the material being red.

TLDR: mods that you prioritize should be on top of others
