Summary

Migrates targeted recent changes from the upstream trunk-io/docs repository into docs2. Only commits whose corresponding pages already exist in docs2 were ported. Upstream commits that depend on pages not yet present in docs2 (e.g., chrome-extension.md, trunk-sudo-app.md, the new Test History tab content in dashboard.md, the Rulesets-first restructure of configure-branch-protection.md) were skipped.

Included upstream PRs

  • trunk-io/docs#657 — Remove stacked PR references (applied only to the metrics conclusion table)
  • trunk-io/docs#652 — Update branch ruleset glob patterns (trunk-temp/*trunk-temp/**/*, trunk-merge/*trunk-merge/**/*)
  • trunk-io/docs#650 — Document leaving an organization
  • trunk-io/docs#597 — Document the Never Quarantine context menu in the Flaky Tests table
  • trunk-io/docs#625 — Document branch scope for the pass-on-retry monitor
  • trunk-io/docs#537 — Document MCP API token authentication for all four clients (Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot)

Validation

  • mint validate passes
  • mint broken-links passes
