• App (admin): TrustPortalFaqBuilder component to add/edit/reorder FAQs; server action updateTrustPortalFaqsAction persists FAQs and revalidates; PortalSettingsPage loads and passes FAQs; TrustPortalSwitch renders FAQ section
• Minor: small UI tweaks (button type="button", layout copy) and a formatting fix in onboarding helper
