• Policy PDF rendering: add org-branded header (accent line, org name, "All Policies", date, total count), styled policy headers with accent bar, and footer text Policy page X of Y; supports org primaryColor via getAccentColor
• Combined policies bundle: when merging uploaded PDFs, prepend separator pages with org/policy headers; pass primaryColor; keep watermarking and S3 upload
• New API: GET /v1/trust-access/access/{token}/policies/download-all-zip to return a ZIP containing individual watermarked policy PDFs with safe filenames; OpenAPI updated accordingly
