Overview
When adding a member via the employee/contractor without admin path (addEmployeeWithoutInvite), the server action now looks up the organization name, generates an invite URL from NEXT_PUBLIC_PORTAL_URL, and attempts to send an onboarding/invite email via sendInviteMemberEmail (email failures are logged but do not roll back member creation).

The invite modal now consumes the action’s result, distinguishes member add failures vs email send failures, and shows a warning toast listing users who were added successfully but did not receive an email. The example env updates NEXT_PUBLIC_PORTAL_URL to http://localhost:3002.
