Can't create Big Sur VM.

Getting an error:

Setup:

• M1, 16GB
• Sonoma 14.7.4

Creating a Big Sur VM may not be supported by Apple virtualization, however, I can't find any documentation on what versions are supported.

@ddupont808 Do you know if this is documented somewhere?
