This is a Rust crate for screen reader speech output in wxDragon applications using a live region.
Current platform behavior:
- Windows: native UI Automation live region announcements.
- macOS: native accessibility announcement notifications.
- Linux: attempts Orca announcement over D-Bus (
gdbus).
