what is happening is in the clone command, it doesn't take any extra arguments at all due to the toggle implemented on top of the commander choice, hence making only cloning without any other options plausible.

Sorry, I meant in the interactive mode. There might be a problem in the perfect-cli. The interactive mode has a double toggle implemented which forms the wrong query, hence not enabling any extra options in it.

the fix is probably in the perfect CLI repo but with this bug report we can use it to confirm that the perfect-cli dep update actually fixes the issue

Just a suggestion, this can also be fixed without any perfect CLI if we use booleans instead of flags or maybe use both and parse the query accordingly in all the commands for the interactive mode. That would pretty much fix this issue for all the commands and reduce perfect CLI dep a bit.

Or we can turn off the perfect CLI toggle on our side, which'd be better for the codebase and an easier fix.

Which approach should we take? Though both wouldn't really confirm the dep-update reflection which you mentioned since it'd be fixed on our side only.
