Best practice is also to create a redirect in the docusaurus config, otherwise our seo is impacted

This pull request introduces a new client-side redirect in the Docusaurus configuration. The redirect ensures that users navigating to the old
/elements/groundplanepath are automatically sent to the updated/elements/copperpourpage./elements/groundplaneto/elements/copperpourindocusaurus.config.tsto update the documentation path.
