Possible to disable q as quit

I frequently use lnav to tail and filter logs. Having q bound both to exit the filters view and quit the application is a frequent pain point for me.

Is there some way that I can't see to disable quit by q? It seems over the years many other forms of quitting have been added, but I see no way to disable normal press of q from the log screen. I've tried a keymaps file, but perhaps I did it wrong.

Running the following should bind q to a no-op command:

lnav -Nn -c ':config /ui/keymap-defs/default/x71/command :echo'

Having q bound both to exit the filters view

In v0.12.1+, you can press ESC to exit the filter panel.
