In the log view, the 'z/Z' keys should "zoom" into and out of log messages with more detail

If we add support for filtering log messages by level, we might want to add some "zooming" functionality so that you can quickly drill-down into greater detail around error messages. We might want to limit the range of messages that we reveal so that we don't have to rebuild the whole index.

We might want to treat the list of filters as a queue and allow the user to quickly move through the queue. For example, if two filters were added:

:filter-out foo
:filter-out bar

You could hit 'z' to zoom-in (disable the filter) and then 'Z' to zoom-out (enable the filter). We could also flash the lines that were revealed by the filter so the user can see what had changed.

The problem is that filtering is still a pretty slow operation at the moment. We'll need to optimize it so that this works well.
