Multilingual Required Metadata Plugin

This plugin makes it possible to make the Affiliation and Email fields non-/required for the submissions authors to fill in. Also, makes it possible to require publication metadata locales: Title, Abstract, and Keywords

Install the Multilingual Required Metadata plugin via the Plugin Gallery in Dashboard > Website > Plugins
