Getting the binary

The easiest way is to download the appropriate one from releases page, otherwise you can build it yourself.

Important

You need the main, server binary ligolo-mp, not the client!

Basically, you are done. There is no explicit installation required, the bootstrapping will happen once you first run the client and it doesn't require any input.

For ease of use, you can put the binary somewhere in your $PATH, like /usr/local/bin.

Note

Client configuration is stored in your $HOME folder, so running the client with different system users will yield different and separate configurations
