Add ProxMox LXC guide under installation

Sorry, trying to catch up here.

First thanks for writing this down, I know proxmox comes up from time to time, I'm sure quite a few people will appreciate your instructions here.

A few notes:

• You'll need to add the link in mkdocs.yml. The readme has some dev setup instructions, so you can start it up easily locally to make sure you can navigate to your page from the table of contents and everything formats as expected. Example for synology.
• Please also add the "Community provided installation instructions" info box at the top, same as for example for Synology here.
• I think you can remove the ARM related info boxes there, they shouldn't apply. AFAIK Proxmox doesn't support ARM.
