The Core400S model data should use CADR 442 m³/h and Auto Profile Room Size range 9-38 m² / 97-409 ft².
Current Core400S docs describe CADR as 415 m³/h and Room Size as 9-83 m² / 97-894 ft². In runtime/config, the shared efficiency_room_size number default allows up to 296 m² unless the device YAML overrides it, and the Core400S YAMLs currently do not override that range.
Update the component and Core400S docs/configs so the calculated Current CADR sensor, Home Assistant Room Size control, and documentation match the Core400S specification.
