New SDK for XPlane 12.

The SDK used to create the X-Plane 12 plugin is out of date: X-Plane SDK Release 2.1.3 14 November 2013.
The current version is X-Plane SDK 4.3.0 (X-Plane 12.4.0 and later).
The source http://www.xsquawkbox.net/xpsdk/ no longer exists; the download page is: https://developer.x-plane.com/sdk/plugin-sdk-downloads/
Compiling with the latest SDK does not resolve the Issue #84 "The XPlane 12 JoinFS Models Broken issue".

We were able to resolve this on our side by:

Installing the latest available version of the JoinFS X-Plane plugin
Installing the Bluebell CSL model package
Replacing or prioritizing the default CSL models with the Bluebell models

After doing this, aircraft models no longer appeared broken and model matching improved significantly.

It may be related to outdated default CSL assets, model definitions, or model priority/loading order. Hopefully this helps others troubleshooting the same issue.
