stream error -> Automatic disconnect

Hello guys, we have some clients that cannot connect.

Basically, they scan, the connection is authenticated, and after 5-10s it got device removed stream error and automatic logout.

This is increasing every day.

I know this is not meow problem, but need to get some clarify if have anything that I can do to solve this.

I tried change proxy, and other things, and this devices really can't connect.

Testamos aqui e não funcionou :/ (no web foi normal)

Vc fa logs do fluxo? Viu se eles tem algo em comum?
Essa semana teve cliente com ban de 5 horas.

Sim sim, esses casos aí não estão banidos ou restritos. Estão todos liberados, só simplesmente não conecta. Acredito que possa ter relação com o bump que foi feito referente a qrcodes nos ultimos commits. Vou fazer uns testes com uma versão mais antiga
