How to do a meeting

Our monthly meetings are the cornerstone of Tulsa Web Devs activities.

Schedule

Our meetings are on the 3rd Monday of every month at the i2E Tulsa office. For each one we need to:

Online artifacts (~5-10 minutes)

1. Create a meeting wiki page
   • Copy/paste the Meeting Template page
   • Update all the {Month}, {Day} tokens
2. Create an event in our Facebook group and link it to the wiki page.
3. Create an event in our Google+ group and link it to the wiki page.
4. Update the post you made with links to {facebook-event-url} and {gplus-event-url}
5. Tweet about the event and mention @tulsawebdevs for a retweet

Meeting day logistics

1. Order food by 4pm
   • We typically order pick-up from the CheeZie's on Pine
     • Pick-up time for 5:45pm
2. Pick up drinks by 5:15pm
   • A few 12-packs of soda
   • A few 6-packs of beer

Stick to the meeting template agenda to keep things from going too far off the rails.
