Schedule Events - Incorrect Datetime

Describe the bug
A user recently made a bug report in Discord with the following content

"Hello! I live in the CEST time zone but the time in the app is two hours too early. I couldn't find anywhere in the settings to change it. It'd be a great help if it showed the correct time"

To Reproduce

1. Use any schedule
2. Watch how it does not respect time zone standards provided by the backend ISO string on Schedule Events

Expected behavior
Should use local datetime for certain content
