Percent sign causes corruption #95
Description
This particular rule can be fixed with decodeURIComponent, but create a redirect to {href/s\d+(\/[\w-_%\(\)]+\.\w{3})$/s1920$1} to reproduce the problem. After saving the rule, refresh the settings page.
It will either break the rules categories (Redirect rules, White rules etc.) or hide all rules altogether.
